PROFILE
Brian J. Cote is a co-founder and president of Cote Renard Architecture.  Over his career, Mr. Cote has established himself as a very well respected residential Architect who has won numerous design awards for his creative approach to each individual Design.  Mr. Cote began his career in New England, designing factories, office buildings and traditional/colonial homes.  After moving to Florida in 1984, he worked designing office buildings, apartment complexes and custom homes of diverse styles. 

In 1987, Mr. Cote formed his first company focusing his residential expertise in the areas of custom homes and multi-family design.  He became a licensed Architect in 1994 and is a current member of the AIA.  His design style is versatile and his background and knowledge of the industry allow him to create any homeowners dream regardless of their architectural preference.  Because of this versatility, his designs have been built all over the world, from the Carribean Islands to Poland, from Maine to California. 

Mr Cote has also designed some of the most significant and successful high-rise beachfront condominiums in the north Florida area.   Some of his projects can even be seen on the show "Before and After" on HGTV.  Mr. Cote has designed homes for many noteable professioanl athletes and celebrities as well. 

In 2008, Mr. Cote co-founded Cote Renard Architecture with Mr. Renard to bring together two diverse backgrounds with expertise in so many different areas to create an Architectural firm that has the experience, knowledge and the desire to make a success out of any project.
