Located in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, this SpringHill Suites is part of the redevelopment of the Southside District. This hotel will act as an anchor to the district and offers dramatic views to the Monongehela River.
This six story hotel offers 115 guest rooms and has a total building area of 84,200 square feet. The pool and exercise area are located on the lowest level of the project, giving a visual separation from the more formal lobby space. This building offers a 3,500 square foot tenant lease space which will house a restaurant/bar.
