Located in Gahanna, Ohio this facility acts as a source of fabrication and as the headquarters of Suburban Steel. This facility answered the needs and desires of a growing company and is vastly superior to the original facility in design and size. 

The design drew upon the owner’s experiences to maximize the capabilities of the overall facility. This complex sits on twenty-one acres and includes: the fabrication (28,500 square feet), the service (6,300 Square feet), and the office (13,500 square feet). 

The lobby of the office was designed as an interactive showcase of steel fabrication for the company’s clientele.
